A$AP Rocky Found Guilty in Sweden Case

It looks like A$AP Rocky’s case in Sweden is finally coming to a close.

On Wednesday, a Swedish court found the rapper guilty of misdemeanor assault, ruling that Rocky and his two friends involved in the June 30th incident, "were not in a situation where they were entitled to self-defense."

So, even though footage circulating online appeared to show the victim following Rocky and his crew, the court said there was no need for him to react violently.

Apparently, Rocky admitted to throwing the man on the ground and intentionally stomping on his arm and punching his shoulder.

But the good news is, the court said that in light of spending nearly 5 weeks behind bars while authorities investigated, Rocky and his fellow defendants will not face any additional jail time, and instead will be on informal probation, with no fines or community service.

They will, however, have to pay about $1,300 in restitution to the victim, and nearly $21,000 in legal fees.

With that being said, Rocky is already on his way to putting the whole situation behind him and getting back to normal life.

This past Sunday, in his first appearance since being released from jail on August 2nd and returning to the states, while at the Real Street Festival in Anaheim, California, Rocky told the crowd the whole experience was both scary and humbling.
